Many of our members work in supermarkets.
On our dedicated webpages for Woolworths, Coles and IGA you can find highlights of our members’ organising in those workplaces. We also represent members at Aldi, Drakes and other supermarkets large and small.
RAFFWU represents it members in dealing with disputes over rosters, wages, safety and many other issues. We have represented our members in disciplinary matters, in tribunals and in court.
We also represent our members in enterprise bargaining, and our member campaigns have helped restore penalty rates and conditions to supermarket workers across Australia. We are the only union fighting to replace the dodgy SDA enterprise agreements that have seen supermarket workers ripped off for years.
