For years Ampol workers (formerly Caltex) were shortchanged by a “zombie” workplace agreement that undermined wages and workplace conditions.

In May 2020 the Fair Work Commission agreed to terminate the old zombie agreement for workers at Ampol stores, in favour of the Modern Award.
