RAFFWU represents our members at the Coles Liquor Group every day of every week.

We represent members in disputes over wages, rosters, safety and much more.

Coles Liquor continues to have an old SDA “zombie” agreement apply to workers. This agreement leaves workers worse off than if the Modern Award applied. If the Award minimums applied at Coles Liquor, your nighttime and weekend pay rates would be higher than they are.

A better deal at Coles Liquor

Coles Liquor has agreed to negotiate a new enterprise agreement. An enterprise agreement locks in core conditions that apply to workers – it includes things like wages, penalty rates, casual loadings, leave, job security, rostering and more.

We are currently gathering claims from RAFFWU members for this new enterprise agreement. You can participate in our claims survey by clicking on the button below.

I hereby appoint the Retail And Fast Food Workers Union Incorporated as my bargaining representative for the purposes of bargaining an Agreement with my employer and in any matter before the Fair Work Commission that relates to bargaining for the agreement.

Why join RAFFWU?

We know that securing the best pay and conditions requires workers organising together, which is why we encourage you and your workmates to join the union.

You can find out more about what we do via our FAQs page, or you can contact us if you have questions.
