This is a survey for RAFFWU Victorian Aesop retail members about what you want to see in a new Enterprise Agreement. Your feedback on this survey will help to inform our RAFFWU log of claims, which is the position we put to Aesop in bargaining.
Information you share on this survey is stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy as varied from time to time which can be viewed
here
.
Bargaining is an exciting opportunity for you and your co-workers to campaign for the wages and working conditions which matter to you. We are asking you to share your ideas about what claims are important to you.
Some examples could be increasing the base rate of pay to $35 per hour with casual loadings and penalty rates on top, stronger rights for casual workers to become permanent part-time or full-time, or special forms of leave such as gender affirmation leave, or menstruation leave.
If you would like some ideas, you can find the log of claims RAFFWU members at Apple bargained for
here.
If you aren’t sure about whether your idea works as a claim, we would encourage you to share it below and we can help you workshop it into a claim.
Please fill out the boxes below with the top 3 claims you would like to see in an agreement, and any other ideas you have for claims we should bargain for.
