ARE YOU COMPLETING THIS SURVEY ON BEHALF OF:
(Required)
Choose who you are completing this survey on behalf of
Yourself
A Group of Workers
Because you selected 'A Group of Workers' could you please help us understand the context of your submission by briefly letting us know how you believe your submission speaks to the views of that group.
(Required)
For example have you gone out of your way to speak to everyone in the group of workers? It is also completely ok, and even encouraged, to complete the form for yourself then go away and get the view of your colleagues and complete it again on behalf of that group, or encourage them to complete it on behalf of themselves.
Anything that directly affects your employment can be a claim put forward when making a new agreement. This means bargaining is an exciting opportunity for you and your co-workers to campaign for the wages and working conditions which matter to you.
When thinking about what improvements you want to see or when considering how to talk to your co-workers about what improvements they want here are some prompting questions that might be helpful:
1. What are the three things you would change about work tomorrow?
2. What would you change to make your workplace mentally and physically safer?
3. While you have been at Aesop what difficulty do you wish didn't happen?
4. What improvements to pay or conditions would you make to give yourself and other Aesop workers the best future possible?
If you would like some ideas you can find a list of claims created by Coles members
here
or look at claims created by Apple members
here
.
When in doubt about a possible claim we would encourage you to include it below anyway. Even if it isn't something that is allowed to be an agreement claim we will reach out to to you to explore what kind of claim might achieve the same goal or get as close to it as possible.
